Refund policy
As per UK consumer rights regulations If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Ensure tags are attached, this should not be removed if you wish to the return the item. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) 14 days after receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour or a gift voucher if preferred (same day).
We are more than happy to provide measures on request to prevent the possibility of a return. If your item meets the guidelines set out previously & in the returns form below and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition strictly within 14 days of receipt.
If you have an account with us, you can request to return the item on your account. If you do not then email customerservices@montarni.com with your order number and reason for return.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number name and address and details of the faulty product with photos. If we can’t replace the product we will refund in full plus delivery. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If you have removed the swing tags and there is signs of wear we will not accept the return & will deem any faults down to wear. Items that have been damaged due to washing or ironing will not be accepted.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number and name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
